I've worked on a variety of projects, from simple websites to complex web applications. Here are a few of my favorites.
Built an end-to-end churn prediction pipeline using EDA, feature engineering, and supervised ML (Logistic Regression, Random Forest) to model customer retention behavior on real-world telecom data. Implemented a production-ready preprocessing and modeling pipeline (encoding, scaling, feature alignment) and exposed predictions via a FastAPI REST API with a lightweight frontend for real-time inference. Addressed deployment challenges including feature-name consistency, serialization/versioning issues, and API–frontend integration, ensuring reliable predictions across environments.
Developed an AI-powered data analysis agent using GPT-4o and the Agno framework that converts natural language questions into executable SQL queries, enabling non-technical users to analyze CSV and Excel datasets without writing code. Built a Streamlit web application integrated with DuckDB, Pandas, and NumPy for fast in-memory data processing, automatic schema detection, advanced aggregations, and interactive result visualization.
Cleaned and analyzed 400,000+ Toronto 311 service requests using PostgreSQL, identifying that Ward 13 had 40% longer resolution times for road maintenance compared to city average, revealing resource allocation gaps. Designed interactive Tableau dashboard with 8 KPIs tracking service demand trends, completion rates by ward, and seasonal patterns, enabling data-driven insights for municipal service optimization.
Designed Power BI dashboard analyzing 5,000+ healthcare records to evaluate AI-assisted diagnosis effectiveness, revealing 23% faster recovery times and 15% higher patient satisfaction scores for AI-supported treatments. Performed data cleaning, transformation, and statistical analysis using DAX to segment high-risk patients, optimize treatment protocols, and identify operational bottlenecks, presenting findings through interactive visualizations for clinical decision support.
Built an AI-powered full-stack web app that scans barcodes to estimate carbon footprint, eco-scores (A–F), and sustainability insights using REST APIs. Developed a scalable backend with Next.js, Prisma, and PostgreSQL, implementing API integration, caching, and real-time processing to improve performance. Created an SDG-aligned (12 & 13) solution with recommendation features, gamification, and JWT-based authentication; won Best SDG Impact Award at IBM Z Hackathon.
Leading beyond the classroom
Alongside my studies and internships, I've taken on 5 leadership and community roles at Toronto Metropolitan University and beyond — from managing social media and organizing events to volunteering at hackathons and welcoming new students on campus. These experiences have strengthened how I collaborate, communicate, and show up for the communities I'm part of.

Social Media Manager — PACS Club
Toronto Metropolitan University
Crafted and executed strategic social media content plans for the Practical Applications of Computer Science (PACS) Club. Managed online community engagement and analyzed performance metrics. Increased awareness and participation within the university community.

Volunteer — UofT Hacks
Toronto, Ontario
Supported event operations and participant coordination at a large-scale hackathon. Ensured smooth logistics and a positive experience for hackers and sponsors.

Community Ambassador — TMU Basketball Society
Toronto Metropolitan University
Spread awareness about the club across the university community. Actively organized engaging and fun events with the team throughout the semester.

Orientation Crew Member — TMU SLLC
Toronto Metropolitan University
Guided new students during campus tours to familiarize them with university resources. Supported the organization of orientation events to create a welcoming atmosphere. Addressed student inquiries to ensure a smooth first-year transition.

IBM Z Hackathon
Toronto, Ontario
Built GreenLens, an AI-powered full-stack web app for carbon footprint estimation and sustainability insights. Created an SDG-aligned solution with recommendation features, gamification, and JWT-based authentication.
